On the Home screen, selecting the “Exercises” box will display a list of the exercises that have been prescribed by your clinician. Tapping on an exercise will allow you to view instructions to complete the exercise as well as a video to see how the exercise is performed. To watch the video, select the “Watch Video” button against any of the exercises.
