Updating your software

Option 1: Sync your dorsaVi Software
To update your software, open the ViPerform application. ViPerform will automatically begin to sync as long as you have an internet connection. ViPerform will prompt you to install the new version once you restart it following a successful sync. Please follow the on-screen prompts to correctly install the software. Please choose installation option 2 below if you are unable to sync.

Option 2: Download and install the new version manually
To manually install the latest software version download the installation file provided to you by dorsaVi. Once you have downloaded the installation file you will need to double click the .exe file to begin your installation.

Installation Instructions
To ensure you do not run into any problems while updating your software, please follow the instructions below:

1.  Do not upgrade your software when you are with a subject. Ensure you have at least 30 minutes free to allow our software to upgrade and optimize your database.

2.  Following the software update you will need to perform one test session using the new updated software to allow our firmware to upgrade. This optimization process will take around 5 minutes to complete and will only occur once. This step can be performed through any module installed.
