Sensors are not configuring and the software keeps showing the reconfigure option

If you are experiencing a problem with your sensors not configuring please follow these steps:
 
  1. Double check that the sensors are in the dock and the dock is powered.
  2. Check if the serial numbers of the sensors match what has been inputted into the software.
  3. Restart your computer.
