If you are seeing a screen on the Recording and Feedback Device (RFD) saying “wireless out of range”, this is generally due to a poor signal between the sensors and the RFD.

Try repositioning the subject closer to the RFD. The RFD has a range of approximately 5 meters in an enclosed, indoor setting and up to 20 meters outdoors.

If that doesn’t help then there might be interference from other electronic devices nearby (WiFi etc), try turning these off.
