If you are not receiving a stream of data to the software this is generally due to a poor signal coming from the sensors.

Try repositioning the subject closer to the Recording and Feedback Device (RFD).

If that doesn’t help then there might be interference from other electronic devices nearby (WiFi etc), try turning these off.
