This problem commonly occurs when the charging cable is broken or the charging source is not working. Use the following recommendations to see whether the charging cable or charging source is sufficient to charge sensors:

• Inspect the charging cable, power supply and charging port on the sensor for any potential damage.
• Try a different cable to charge the device.
• Try a different charging source (power port, PC, laptop, etc.).
