I cannot see my assessment reports in mydorsaVi

Please follow the steps below to view assessment reports in your mydorsaVi app:
  • Check your internet connection on your device. You must have an internet connection to view assessment reports.
  • In the mydorsaVi app, use the sync function to ensure your data is up-to-date.
  • Ask your clinician to sync their dorsaVi Professional Suite software.
