I am wearing Professional Suite sensors for a Monitoring session, but cannot download my monitoring data

Please follow the steps below to connect the dorsaVi Professional Suite sensors to your mydorsaVi app:
  • Check your Bluetooth connection. mydorsaVi communicates to the Professional Suite sensors using Bluetooth, so you will need to turn Bluetooth on to pair with the sensors.
  • Check to see if the Professional Suite sensors are still flashing. If the sensors are no longer flashing, the sensor has run out of battery and you will need to return to your clinician and inform them of this upon your return to the clinic. In this instance, the Monitoring session will have to be re-performed.
If the problem persists, contact your clinician.
