During an assessment, the employee’s movement pattern doesn’t look right in the myViSafe App

If the movement pattern isn’t reflected correctly in the heatmap on the myViSafe App:
  • You will first need to check the sensors are well attached to the employee’s skin and then check they are up the right way (light flashing in the top right corner).
  • If this is still not working you will need to re-calibrate the sensors.
