Can I perform a Monitoring session if my patient does not have an Apple smartphone device?
Yes. In this instance, the Monitoring session data will be stored on the ViMove2 sensors and can be downloaded onto the clinician’s ViMove2 app once the patient returns to the clinic following their Monitoring session.
How can my patients download the myViMove app?
When the patient profile is created, an email will automatically be sent to your patient with details about how to download and log into the myViMove app. These details can be resent at any time by going into the patient’s profile and resending.
How do I download the ViMove2 app?
The ViMove2 app can be downloaded from the Apple App store. To do this, To download the app onto your compatible device, visit the Apple App Store, search for “ViMove2” and install the application onto your iOS-compatible device. Please refer to the following specification requirements to ensure your device can run ViMove2:
- iPad 4th generation (or newer)
- iPad Mini 2 (or newer)
- iOS 10.0.2 (or later)
Can I email a patient’s assessment report?
A patient’s assessment report can be emailed as a PDF. To do this, select the assessment you’d like to send, click the “Share” button located at the top right hand corner of the screen, and follow the prompts to enter and email address and send.
What do the sensor battery charge indicators mean?
- No light colour: Sensor is off.
- Flashing red: Sensor has between 6% and 19% charge.
- Flashing Yellow: Sensor has between 20% and 49% charge.
- Flashing Green: Sensor has between 50% and 99% charge.
- Solid Green: Sensor is fully charged.
What is the minimum repetition time for a ViMove2 Run Live Assessment?
The minimum running time for a rep to be recorded in ViMove2 Run is 10 seconds. The longer the assessment, the more representative the data will be.
How does ViMove2 assess sitting quality during a Low Back Monitoring session?
During a Monitoring session, ViMove2 assesses sitting quality based on the patient’s prior Low Back Live Assessments, where data is captured on the patients usual normal, upright and slouched sitting positions. If no Live Assessment has been performed prior to the Monitoring session, the sitting data captured is compared to normative data based on the patient’s age.
What is the maximum ViMove Monitoring period?
The maximum ViMove2 Monitoring period is 24 hours.
When do you use a Sensor Overwrap?
Sensor Overwraps are required for ViMove2 Monitoring Sessions and if there is excessive sweat on the patient that is making adhesion difficult.
